Living Well With Bipolar Disorder

Bob coaches individuals afflicted with and their supporters who are affected by a mental illness. He specializes in cases involving bipolar disorder and in cases where the ill individual is in strict denial of their illness. He holds a national certification from the Copeland Center to teach their Wellness Recovery Action Plan Course. He teaches the In Our Own Voice Program in Washington State through the National Alliance on Mental Illness (NAMI) Additionally, Bob is certified through Dr. Xavier Amador’s LEAP Institute to teach their LEAP program based on the book I Am Not Sick, I Don’t Need Help.
